Abstract

A increasing consciousness about the need to save the natural world has led to a shift in consumer preferences toward eco-friendly goods. Changes in consumer concern for the environment may be seen in how people are now shopping. An increasing number of people are showing concern for the environment by showing a preference for eco-friendly items in their shopping habits. Finding out how consumers feel about and value eco-friendly packaging is the focus of this research. The current study uses an empirical survey to gather data that is then applied to the original research question. A total of sixty shoppers were randomly chosen for the study. The focus of this study is to look at how packaging may affect how customers feel about a product. In this section, we explain the variances in the nature of these signals to illustrate the intricacy of perceiving packaged ecological information.
