The charge of electricity has emerge as the focal point of all activities in the power market. It is essential to increase the correct pricing scheme that may offer the beneficial economic information to marketplace members, including technology, transmission companies and customers. Although many methods have already been proposed, however appropriately estimating and allocating the transmission cost within the transmission pricing scheme remains a difficult task. This paper presents a MVA-Km method and Genetic Algorithm to allocate the cost pertaining to the transmission lines of the network to all the generators and demands. A load flow solution is run and, the proposed method determines how line flows depend on nodal currents. This result is then used to allocate network costs to generators and demands.
